A great success for the second edition of Alma Mater Fest, the event dedicated to the University community organized by CUS Bologna and the University of Bologna.

Alma Mater Fest was a series of events and activities to be attended live or online on October 11th to welcome the students of the University of Bologna with several initiatives, debates, round tables, sports and entertainment.

An entire afternoon to get together in the name of sustainability and inclusivity and to showcase the Multicampus of the University of Bologna, its cities, and the services and opportunities for its student community.

Yannick and Silvi, our student ambassadors from Finland and Albania, invite you to a virtual bike-tour of Bologna, its charming university buildings and beautiful spaces. They will ride their bikes across Bologna’s piazzas and winding streets and show you their favourite places in the city and of the University.

Yannick and Silvi, as the rest of the Unibo community, are very committed to sustainability. Indeed, sustainability is one of the main points of its strategic plan that is devised following the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development Goals.

Una Europa is a unique and ambitious alliance of eight prestigious European universities. Its aim is to re-think European higher education. During the Alma Mater Fest, we’ll be at this infopoint to tell you all about Una Europa, but also, and more importantly, to ask you about your ideas on the university of the future. Come and see us at our desk in Via Zamboni.

Alma Mater Fest will take place in different locations active at the same time, between Bologna and Romagna.

From the talk-debates hosted in Piazza Coperta di Salaborsa to the ceremonies in the Aula Magna, from the sporting challenges to the shows at the Palacus and the Record, up to the many initiatives of the Ravenna, Rimini, Forlì and Cesena Campuses, for a day full of spirit of community that has always distinguished the students of the Alma Mater Studiorum.
